On Monday, March 4, 2019 Tiffanie “Event Planner” ventured to Butterbee Farm! Yes, I was in a BARN on a FARM and what a great informative workshop it was…thanks to Local Color Flowers and Butter Bee Farm for inviting me…
I was chosen to speak on “Customer Service is Key!” to a room full of amazing Creative Entrepreneurs. Because in this industry and for any small business customer service is key – however, it’s also about “PROVIDING BOMB A__ CUSTOMER SERVICE!” and that’s what she talked about!
We should all expect “BOMB A__ CUSTOMER SERVICE” when we’re spending our hard earned monies moreover as a Small Business Owner it’s my goal to provide “BOMB A__ CUSTOMER SERVICE” to my clients! A few tidbits from my talk with the Creative Entrepreneurs:
- Be who you are – with social media it’s very easy to look at other business owners in our field and try to mock them to improve our business and/or following. However, what works for them may not work for you – utilize your own personality, your own skills, build your own following – authentically!
- Discover and Find Your Niche’ – it’s very important the you concentrate on your niche and build from there – exploring what’s not your creative strength may damage your business
- Last but absolutely not least – LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS – AND IN LISTENING APPLY YOUR CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS NEEDS… if you haven’t listened to apply – this is a deal breaker.
