Hiring an experienced planner from the onset can help ensure that you avoid making common early planning mistakes and ensure that your journey into marriage is filled with great memories instead of worry and stress.
- What are the next steps in the hiring process?
Your experience with Bird of Paradise Events starts with a one-hour consultation. You decide if you want to meet in person, over the phone, or via video conference. We can accommodate any of your communications needs.
After the initial consultation, we collect all the details of your vision from color palettes and themes, to venue ideas and menu favorites. We learn everything we can to deliver a wedding that reflects the two of you completely.
Next, the fun begins. You get a front row seat to your vision coming into fruition. In this phase, the magic of planning your Big Day takes place. There’s décor decisions, menu selections, dress fittings, and cake tastings—just to name a few of the fun tasks that happen in the stage of the process.
We’re there for every second. Available to answer questions, give advice, make a recommendation, or just listen. From the initial consultation until the last guest leaves the dance floor, Bird of Paradise Events will be by your side.
